We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in making our confections.
Orders received by 2pm PST will be shipped same day.
Orders received after 2pm PST will be processed on the next business day.
Shipments are sent via UPS and can only be delivered to a street address in the U.S.
We cannot ship to international destinations or P.O. Boxes.
Please note - UPS does NOT include weekends
as regular transit days.
Warm Weather Shipping
Chocolate requires special handling during warm weather. To ensure the highest quality
product upon arrival, we will check the temperature at the recipient address.
If the recipient address is above 74 degrees Farenheit, it will need to be shipped via
3 Day Select, 2Day Air or overnight. We might contact you in the event that the weather in your area is not
suitable for Ground shipping.
Most orders placed May 1 through October 14 will require 2nd Day, or Next Day Air.
In some cases, your order may need to be packed in an insulated box
with re-usable ice packs to protect the chocolates.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING FOR ALL COLD PACKED ORDERS:
Because UPS does not include Saturday or Sunday as regular transit days, weekends will add 2 days to transit time.
If your order is ever scheduled to arrive after a weekend, it will be held until the following Monday to ensure the cold packs
and chocolates stay in the best possible condition.

We cannot guarantee shipments sent via Ground during the Warm Weather period.
We recommend arranging for someone to receive the package or advising the recipient
that a package is due for delivery. When possible, we recommend that the package is sent to a
business address. We are not responsible for packages left unattended.
Shipping Methods
-From October 15 - April 30 we ship Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day via UPS.
-From May 1 - October 14 we offer 2nd Day, Next Day Air only, with limited Ground and 3 Day shipping options.

Should a package need to be re-shipped, you will be contacted and a second shipping charge will apply.
