We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in making our confections. Shipments are sent via UPS and can only be delivered to a street address in the U.S. We cannot ship to international destinations or P.O. Boxes.
Orders received by 2pm PST will be shipped same day. Orders received after 2pm will be processed on the next business day. As temperatures vary across the country, we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.
Please arrange for someone to receive the package or advise the recipient that a package is due. When possible, we recommend that the package is sent to a business address. We are not responsible for packages left unattended.
Shipping Methods
-From October 15 - May 1 we ship Overnight, 2nd Day, and Ground shipping via UPS.
-From May 2 - October 14 we offer 2nd Day, Next Day Air only, and a limited Ground shipping option.
Warm Weather Shipping
Chocolate requires special handling during warm weather. To ensure the highest quality product upon arrival, most orders May 2- September 30 require 2nd Day or Next Day Air. In some cases, you order may need to be packed in an insulated box with re-usable ice packs to protect your order.
If you have any questions about the availability of ground shipping to your area, please call us at 415.255.1443. However, we cannot guarantee shipments sent via Ground during the Warm Weather period.

Should a package need to be re-shipped, you will be contacted and a second shipping charge will apply.
